Diana Spyridonidis
came to the BID Council after years of work in San Diego’s local politics. As Council Representative to Councilmember Toni Atkins, she handled housing and social issues, and was the councilmember’s liaison to North Park. It was in this position that Diana became familiar with North Park Main Street, and San Diego’s system of BIDs. She left this position to work as a Program Manager for the San Diego Housing Commission, where she assisted tenants dealing with Condo Conversions, as well as CDBG contracts. Diana earned her degrees in Political Science and Spanish at Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts, and has called San Diego home for over seven years. She currently represents the BID Council on the City Council’s Technical Assistance Committee and on the Mayor’s Parking Advisory Board.
