    This 29th annual free festival will have 5 stages, Artists Alley, Wonderland Children's fun zone, 250 vendors, tons of food, Community Mural, Skateboard Exhibition, Raffle and Beachside Beer Garden along with a sizzling hot Chili Cook-Off by the beach.
